You pay a one-time service fee to start the search, and a success fee only when we make a successful hire (usually a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary). It’s perfect for businesses with occasional or urgent hiring needs.
If you're not satisfied with your hire within the first 90 days, we’ll either provide a free replacement or refund the success fee. Your satisfaction is our priority.
